Bookset Content Cannot be Found

This topic addresses those instances where the Knowledge Builder client is known to function and provide access to one or more booksets located on the targeted Knowledge Builder Server (CD-ROM, local hard drive, remote networked computer).

Assuming the bookset content was complete when distributed and installed, these errors should not generally occur. When it does, the Knowledge Builder client will normally trap the error and redirect the user to a Troubleshooting page in the Knowledge Builder Tools.
